Mike Ruhmann

Mike Ruhmann has a vast and varied work experience in sales and management roles. Mike began their career at Cintas as a Sales Representative/Sales Manager from 1998 to 2005. Mike then worked at OsteoMed as a Cranial-Facial/Orthopedic Territory Manager from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Regional Sales Representative from 2008 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Mölnlycke as a Regional Burn & Trauma Specialist. Mike then joined Urgo Medical North America as a Regional Burn Specialist from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Mike is working at Vericel Corporation as the Director of Sales | Central & West Regions since 2019, where they manage sales objectives for Epicel and the launch of NexoBrid, overseeing a team of 11 direct reports covering 5 regions throughout most of the U.S. Mike is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, contract negotiations, C-Suite business reviews, and high-level presentations.
