Nick DeMaria is a seasoned professional in the home building and sales industry, currently serving as a New Home Specialist at Veridian Homes since January 2019. Nick's role emphasizes the commitment to building homes that enhance lives and fulfill customer dreams through innovation, integrity, pride, and passion. Prior experience includes positions such as Territory Manager at Herregan Distributors, Inc. and Account Executive at Dealer121 and Agosto, among others. Nick began a career in sales at Minnesota Water and has also worked as a Sales Executive at Wirtz Beverage Group and as an Account Manager at Herregan Distributors, Inc. Nick holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed between 2002 and 2006.
