Miryam Mussie

Miryam Mussie is an experienced professional in client and customer services with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as Head of Client Services for Nordics & Balticum at Verifone since August 2021, Miryam has previously held roles including Head of Customer Service and Technical Support Manager at Verifone, as well as Customer Care Manager EMEA at IAR Systems. In addition, Miryam contributed to AUTO1 as Head of Operations and was involved in sales operations as a Sales Operation Manager at Teleperformance. Miryam holds a degree as a Marketing Automation Specialist from YH Akademin, completed between 2019 and 2020.
