Tom Rebain

Tom Rebain, CPA, MS, currently serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Verifone since August 2019, leading a global finance organization of approximately 150 colleagues and overseeing key functions such as accounting, reporting, and controllership. Previous roles include Corporate Controller at Henkels & McCoy Shared Services and Controller for the Americas at Houghton International, where responsibilities encompassed accounting and reporting for large-scale operations across multiple regions. Tom also held various leadership positions within Motorola and ARRIS Group, directing accounting functions and audit engagements throughout a robust career that began at KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager in Audit. Tom holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
