Amanda Hinski, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Global Customer Operations at Veriforce, where responsibilities include driving scale, efficiency, and automation while leading strategic initiatives and project management. Prior to this role, Amanda held various leadership positions at Frost Valley YMCA, including Chief Brand Experience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, where significant achievements included growing marketing initiatives, earning a Google AdWords grant, and overseeing a substantial website overhaul. Experience also includes roles in content writing for legal marketing firms and local media. Amanda holds an MBA from Temple University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Writing Arts and Elementary Education from Rowan University.
