Dianna Braud, CCSMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dianna is currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Veriforce since January 2022. In this role, they collaborate with senior leadership to implement continuous improvement measures in various departments. Previously, Dianna held the position of Director of Training Development & Operations at Veriforce, starting in September 2019. Dianna led department managers and supervisors to meet targets and actively participated in a Trainer Development Group. Furthermore, they worked as a Training Compliance Manager, where they developed and implemented a strategic plan to improve contractor training compliance.

Before joining Veriforce, Dianna Braud worked as a Consultant at Precision Professional Consulting from 2001 to 2019. Dianna also served as the Director of Operations and Program Administration at Alliance Safety Council from May 2006 to April 2019, where they managed all aspects of training programs and operations, including staff and instructor management. In their earlier career, Dianna worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Table Games Trainer & Floor Manager at Argosy Inc from September 1994 to May 2006. Dianna began their professional journey as a News Anchor/Reporter at WSOY, WCIL from January 1986 to January 1994.

Dianna Braud, CCSMP, has a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. Dianna also holds an Associates Degree in Communications from Harper College, from 1988 to 2000. Additionally, Dianna has completed various certifications, including the Certified CSM Professional (CCSMP) from PracticalCSM.com in February 2021. Dianna has also obtained certifications in Lightning Experience Basics, Lightning Experience Features, Lightning Experience for Salesforce Mobile App, Salesforce Mobile App Basics, Salesforce User Basics, and Salesforce User Tour, all from Trailhead by Salesforce in January 2021. Furthermore, in November 2022, Dianna obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute. Lastly, they have a pending Certified Association Executive certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership.
