Katherine Chong

Katherine Chong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and analytics in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations for Product and Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer at Verily since August 2021, Katherine has also held positions such as Head of Customer Analytics and Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer, as well as Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Strategy & Analytics for Medscape at WebMD and Director of Operations & Logistics at TI KAY INC. Katherine's background includes roles as a Business Analyst at Forest Laboratories, Program Assistant at ICAP at Columbia University, Analyst at the World Health Organization and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and Manager of Clinical Imaging Analytics at Synarc. Katherine holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science focusing on Neuroscience and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
