Maddie Wetzel

Maddie Wetzel is a seasoned professional in product operations and research management with extensive experience in the biotechnology and health sectors. Currently serving as a Staff Product Operations Manager at Verily since March 2024, Maddie previously held multiple program management roles at 23andMe from July 2016 to March 2024, where contributions spanned from Program Manager I to Program Manager II in research. Prior to that, Maddie worked at the UC Davis MIND Institute as a Research Assistant, focusing on neurodevelopmental disorders, and gained laboratory experience as an intern at Gilead Sciences and as a Laboratory Assistant at UC Davis. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
