Willson Overend

Willson Overend currently serves as the Head of People & Culture-Talent & Development at Verily, overseeing Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Change Management, DEI, and Enterprise Communications. Previously, Willson held various senior roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Vice President of People Strategy, where leadership in culture transformation and analytics was pivotal. Willson also worked as Senior Director of Internal and Executive Communications, Chief of Staff to the Chief Sustainability Officer, and Global Director of Enterprise Innovation Strategy. Earlier experience includes Vice President at North Highland, Communications and Change Consultant at Accenture, and Marketing and Communications Manager at SunTrust. Willson earned an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Vanderbilt University and a BA/BS in French and Human and Organizational Development from the same institution.
