Jason Dalziel

Jason Dalziel, MBA, is an experienced professional in global operations and IT management, currently serving as the Director of Global Operations - Infrastructure at Verint since February 2014. In this role, Jason oversees Tier 2 support and the management of infrastructure across the organization, leading a team of engineers to ensure efficient operations and project success. Previously, Jason held positions including Global Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure and Global IT Manager at Verint, as well as Global Information Technology Manager at KANA Software. With foundational experience stemming from various roles at Graham Technology and its subsidiaries, Jason has developed expertise in strategy, design, and project leadership. A graduate of the University of Glasgow, Jason earned an MBA in Business and Management.
