Jim Whatton

Jim Whatton has extensive experience in presales and solutions consulting within the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Presales Americas at Verint Systems since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jim was Regional Vice President at SuccessKPI, where leadership of the Global Presales team was a key responsibility. Jim's tenure at Genesys spanned a decade, culminating in the role of Vice President of North America Solutions Consulting, focusing on customer experience and pre-sales strategies. Earlier career experiences include positions at Intervoice, Inc. as a Sales Engineer and at MetLife/Bankers Trust as a System Developer specializing in voice applications. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services and Economics from Western Kentucky University.
