Latika Miglani

Latika Miglani has extensive experience in technical leadership and consultation within the Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud HCM domains. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Verint since December 2019, Latika manages production support and development for Oracle EBS at United Parcel Service (UPS). Prior to this, Latika held positions at Cognizant from January 2014 to December 2019 as a Senior Consultant, focusing on various HR and Payroll modules. Earlier career roles include Lead Designer at Arby's Restaurant Group and Project Lead at EIS Technologies. Latika holds an FPC Certification from the American Payroll Association and a BTech in Information Technologies from Maharshi Dayanand University.
