Lauren Mottley

Lauren Mottley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics, operations, and business strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Services at Verint since October 2024, Lauren previously held multiple senior roles at Cogito Corp from August 2017 to December 2024, where responsibilities included directing analytics deliverables and innovating reporting strategies. Prior to Cogito, Lauren was a Manager at PwC, focusing on advanced risk and compliance analytics, and held positions at Constant Contact and PricewaterhouseCoopers, contributing to the development of data-driven solutions. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University in 2006. Additionally, Lauren has been self-employed as a full-time parent and household manager since January 2019.
