Sherri Flacco

Sherri Flacco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Support Account Manager at Verint Systems since February 2010. In this role, Sherri establishes strong partnerships with Premium Plus Support customers and coordinates communication between clients and support teams to ensure effective issue resolution. Sherri also contributes as a Project Manager by applying project management and risk management methodologies to oversee and complete projects on time and within budget. Prior to Verint, Sherri held significant roles at Avaya as a Senior Project Manager, and at Lucent Technologies as a Software Specialist, where Sherri interfaced with customers to develop and enhance contact center programming.
