Todd Nolen

Todd Nolen currently serves as Vice President of Sales Operations at Verint since September 2022. Prior to this role, Todd was Director of Cloud Operations and Technical Support at Merative for a brief period in July to August 2022. Todd's extensive experience at IBM from May 2003 to June 2022 included various leadership positions, such as Director of Watson Health Cloud Operations and Client Support, where management of a 325-person team with an annual budget exceeding $100 million was pivotal. Todd also excelled as General Manager of IBM Micromedex Solutions, achieving significant sales growth and re-establishing key teams for operational success. With additional roles encompassing business development and finance, Todd demonstrated proficiency in improving operational performance and driving growth. Prior military experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and operational skills were honed over four years. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, completed between 2001 and 2003.
