Shruthi Shirley

Shruthi Shirley is a Senior Executive in HR People and Operations at VeriPark since October 2017. Responsibilities encompass managing HR operations, coordinating the signature process across departments, and overseeing change request management within Dynamics 365. Shruthi is also involved in project administration, assisting multiple project directors, and enhancing learning and development initiatives as the Platform Coordinator for VeriPark Knowledge Academy. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Manager at HP, where Shruthi managed transition processes and training certification, and as a Training and Development Specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Shruthi focused on identifying training needs and assessing program effectiveness. Shruthi holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Teresian College, University of Mysore.
