Hannah Moore

Hannah Moore is the Director of Experienced Recruiting Member Experience at Veris Insights. Prior to their current role, they served as the Manager of University Relations/Campus Recruiting at Thermo Fisher Scientific from November 2015 to November 2020. In this role, they led a University recruiting team that attracted a diverse pipeline of top MBA, undergraduate, and intern candidates across all Thermo Fisher businesses and functions throughout North America.

Moore has a proven track record in building relationships with university leaders and professors to proactively identify top talent and attraction strategies. Hannah is also an expert in creating an employer brand strategy by developing and early talent specific social media presence, and methods to engage students and graduates before, during, and after the recruitment process. Additionally, they have experience managing strategic partnerships with early talent branding resources including WayUp, Ivy Research Council, and Handshake.

Most notably, Moore has built a strong pipeline of diverse talent through partnership with diversity organizations on campus and beyond; embedding sourcing strategies that attract diverse candidates to the firm. Hannah has also tracked and analyzed recruiting stats and metrics on an on-going basis, to identify strategic significance and provide trends to key stakeholders.

Hannah Moore has a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Hannah also has a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University. Hannah is certified in teaching from UNCG.
