Mary Kruk, PhD, currently serves as a Lecturer I at the University of Michigan and a Research Project Manager at Veris Insights. With extensive experience leading multifaceted research projects in both academic and non-profit settings, Mary has developed qualitative and quantitative studies that address workforce needs and improve organizational responses to sexual violence. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at RAINN, Project Coordinator at the Clinical and Translational Science Institute, and Graduate Researcher at The Underrepresented Perspectives Laboratory, where Mary managed multiple research initiatives and collaborated with diverse stakeholders. Mary holds a PhD in Psychology and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and has authored numerous plain-language reports and presentations disseminating research findings.
