James C. Stover

James C. Stover serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Roseland Residential Trust. In this role he is responsible for the management of multifamily development projects from conception through approvals, design, construction and turnover to property management. With approximately 20 years of multifamily development experience in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan region, Mr. Stover was previously with Mill Creek Residential and AvalonBay Communities prior to joining Roseland in 2016.

Mr. Stover received his M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and B.A. from Kenyon College.
