Chris Beers

Chris Beers serves as the Head of Global Data Center and Facilities Operations at Verisign since July 2022, overseeing the Maintenance & Operations of critical facilities and infrastructure within the data center, including server and network systems. Previously, Chris held various roles at Charter Communications, including RVP of ISP Northeast, where responsibilities included directing Inside Plant Operations and ensuring operational consistency. Prior experience includes senior-level roles at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable), where Chris managed critical infrastructure for numerous facilities and led teams to maintain service availability. Additionally, Chris worked as a UNIX Administrator at Syracuse University and Boston University, beginning a career in system administration at CSC. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
