Kristen Kizer

Sr. Director Customer Operations at Verisign

Kristen Kizer has extensive work experience in customer operations and project management. Kristen started their career in 2000 at Verizon Avenue, where they served as a Sr. Manager and later as a Manager in Customer Operations, overseeing teams that supported high-speed internet and telephony services. In 2007, they joined DigitalBridge Communications as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Customer Support. In these roles, Kristen developed and implemented various processes, managed customer support relationships, and tracked performance metrics. In 2010, they joined LightSquared as a Project Manager, responsible for creating and executing project work plans and monitoring network documentation changes. Since 2012, Kristen has been working at Verisign as a Manager of Technical Support and currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Customer Operations.

Kristen Kizer attended Radford University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2016.
