Felicia Fleitman

Felicia Fleitman is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in early career recruitment and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Recruiting at Verisk, Felicia leads the global strategy for early careers and manages various programs including the Summer Internship Program and Data Science Excellence Program. Prior experience includes founding Savvy Hires, where Felicia developed internship programs and campus recruiting strategies, and serving as Co-Executive Director of recruitLI, a non-profit focused on connecting education and industry. Felicia has also held leadership roles at NTT DATA Americas, Force Brands, Mintz Levin, and Seward & Kissel LLP, contributing significantly to their recruiting efforts. Felicia holds a BA in Theatre from the University at Albany.
