Shrawan Jha

Shrawan Jha is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in various roles related to computer systems, networks, and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Verisk since April 2023, Shrawan is responsible for designing and implementing computer systems and networks, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Prior to this, Shrawan worked as a Customer Success Engineer at Digital Network Solution (DNS), where assistance in installing, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure services was provided.
