Traci Gayle Jones

Traci Gayle Jones is an accomplished Instructional Designer and Training Manager at Verisk, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to develop and implement training programs that support sales and service objectives, designing onboarding processes, and creating learning materials in collaboration with product managers and subject matter experts. Prior to this role, Traci served as Training Supervisor at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where Traci designed and coordinated training for over 5,000 associates across various topics. Additionally, Traci owned Image2Hope Photography, a venture dedicated to providing financial support to those in need through photography. Traci holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University and has pursued further education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from 2010 to 2022.
