Dawn Nickerson serves as Director of Human Resources for Veristor and its subsidiary Forty8Fifty Labs. As an experienced human resources business partner, she is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and establishing a vision and direction for core human capital programs, policies, services to include total reward and compensation plans, change management, benefits administration, employment law, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, staffing and recruitment, and employee relations.
