Alireza Ghanbarian

Alireza Ghanbarian has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber security. Alireza is currently working as a Lead Sr. Security Analyst at Verisure since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at EY as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant from April 2023 to November 2023, and as a Cyber Security Consultant from March 2022 to April 2023. Before joining EY, Alireza worked at Hamrahe Aval (MCI) as a Cyber Security Specialist from March 2018 to June 2022, and as a Cyber Security Engineer from June 2015 to March 2018. Alireza also had a role as a Security Analyst at Afta from July 2013 to April 2015. Their early career includes being a Malware Analyser at Amnpardaz Software Co. from June 2012 to December 2013.

Alireza Ghanbarian earned a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic in 2010-2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2005-2009. Alireza has also obtained various certifications, including Security Operations Analyst and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, EY Cybersecurity certifications from EY, and others in areas such as Splunk, Ethical Hacking, and Information Security Management System.
