Joona Vepsäläinen

Joona Vepsäläinen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Managing Director at Verisure since September 2019, leading the Finland business with a focus on employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. Prior roles at Verisure include Finance and Strategy Director and Strategy and Sales Structure Creation Director, where Joona was integral to the Finland Management Team, enhancing commercial activities and sales performance. Prior to Verisure, Joona worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, leading various strategic projects in the oil and gas sector and developing organizational strategies for major companies. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Associate at McKinsey and an internship at Helsingin OP Bank Ltd. Joona holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Helsinki and studied at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
