Head Of Operations Development & Strategy For Nordic Cluster at Verisure

Lilian Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lilian began their career at Sensations Time Fitness studio where they co-founded the business, developed a business plan, obtained funding, and introduced innovative technology to the market. Lilian then joined Energizar S.A. as a Project Analyst, where they successfully executed projects, coordinated team efforts, and implemented a supply chain redesign.

Lilian later transitioned to JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held roles as an Analyst and Associate in the Corporate and Investment Bank division. In these positions, they provided consultative solutions to institutional clients, managed the implementation of new Custody and Market accounts, and oversaw the Change Programme for Trust & Fiduciary in partnership with various internal teams and Trustee locations across Europe.

Currently, Lilian is working at Verisure as the Head of Operations Development & Strategy for the Nordic Cluster. In this role, they collaborate with senior business leaders and support function heads in 16 countries to generate quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the strategic development of the company.

Throughout their career, Lilian has demonstrated strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking abilities.

Lilian Hernandez holds a Master's degree (Hons) in International Business from the University of Dundee, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lilian also obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from the ILX Group in 2017.
