Michael Sheaves is currently the Head of Security Operations at Verisure, where they lead and develop global Security Operations Centres responsible for threat detection and incident response. Previously, Michael served as Head of Cyber Defence at Worldpay and held various senior management roles in service delivery and security at companies such as NTT Security, Computacenter, and Compaq. With over 20 years of experience in IT Support and Service Management, Michael is CISM certified and is committed to safeguarding organizations from evolving cyber threats through effective information security practices.
