Filip Håkansson

Filip Håkansson has extensive experience in various IT roles. Filip started their career at IKEA as a System Developer, working with retail logistics solutions. Filip then moved to Sony Mobile Communications, where they held roles such as Middleware Architect and Senior Application Architect. In these positions, they were responsible for evaluating and implementing IT systems for enterprise usage, as well as rolling out issue management and agile support globally. Filip later joined Sony as a Master Application Architect, where they worked as a bridge between IT Management, infrastructure, security, and application teams. Filip was involved in the migration of applications to the cloud and the consolidation of datacenters. Currently, they are working at Verisure as a Product Security Lead, focusing on IoT device security and implementing secure SDLC.

Filip Håkansson received their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Växjö University in 2002. Filip also pursued additional studies in IoT at Karlstad University in 2023 and IT Security at Blekinge Institute of Technology in 2020. Filip completed courses in Software Development at both Linnaeus University and Södertörn University in 2011-2012. Prior to this, they studied Visual Basic development at Malmö University starting in 2002. In 1999, they briefly studied Philosophy at Lund University.
