Francesca Fadda has extensive work experience in various finance, procurement, and control roles. Francesca is currently working at Verisure as the Head of Financial Planning & Control and also serves as the Responsabile Controllo di Gestione. Prior to that, Francesca worked at Alitalia S.p.A. for many years, holding positions such as Head of Fuel, In-flight Services Procurement & Supply Chain, Head of Finance Business Transformation, Head of Procurement Processes and In-flight Services, Procurement Processes and e-Procurement Senior Manager, Fuel Planning Manager, Fuel Hedging and Self Supply Analyst, and Procurement Process and Standards Analyst. Francesca has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, process improvement, team management, and project portfolio management.

Francesca Fadda completed a Master in Business Engineering, II Level Specializing in Engineering from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" in Rome, Italy in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Master degree in Business Economics from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in Rome, Italy from 1999 to 2004.
