Jorge Lirio Silva

Jorge Lirio Silva is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation and management, currently serving as Managing Director for Nordics Transformation at Verisure since November 2017, and having held various leadership positions such as Managing Director for Brazil and Peru, as well as Customer Loyalty & Integration Director. Prior to his tenure at Verisure, Jorge held the role of Principal at Bain & Company from September 2006 to October 2017, and interned at both Boston Consulting Group and Schenker Chile. Early professional experience includes an internship at DaimlerChrysler and a position as a Tax Advisor Assistant at Bünger & Hoffmann. Jorge holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from the University of Southampton and completed a double-degree program in Directive Development at the University of Deusto, following studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
