Mac Curtis

Prior to Veritas, Mac was Chairman, CEO, and President of Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP), which was acquired by Veritas/Peraton in May 2021. He spent the previous 12 years as a two-time Veritas portfolio company CEO at Vangent, which was sold to General Dynamics, and at Vencore, which underwent an acquisition-driven transformation and an IPO into Perspecta. He has also served as a Veritas portfolio company board member. Mac holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
