Philip founded Veritas Education Recruitment in 2015, where they focus on providing high-quality teaching and support staff to schools across the UK. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Synergy Group, overseeing the running of multiple specialist business areas. Philip started their career as a Team Manager at Eden Brown Recruitment in 1995.
