Matteo Guido has over 20 years of work experience. Matteo began their career in 1990 as a Tenente V Btg Paracadutisti El Alamein for the Italian Army. In 2000, they became a Sales Rapresentative Surgical for Medtronic (Tyco Healthcare Italia Srl- Covidien). In 2003, they became a Product Specialist Surgical for Alcon Laboratories, Inc. In 2006, they became a Sales Manager North for Cochlear. In 2008, they became a Regional Manager North for Dentsply. In 2010, they became a Sales Manager Italy for Invacare, where they were responsible for the Italian Commercial Management, building and managing a sales team, and responsibility on P&L, Gross Margin product mix and National Operating Profit. In 2013, they became an Export Sales & Marketing Manager for MRT (Molecolar Resonance Technology) AMS Group. In 2014, they became a Key Account Manager North for Genoma Swiss Biotechnology. In 2017, they became a Business Development Manager for Veritas Genetics Europe & Latam.

Matteo Guido attended Liceo Scientifico from 1983 to 1989, obtaining a Maturità Scientifica. Matteo then went on to Università degli Studi di Perugia from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Laurea in Economico-Internazionale. Finally, in 2000, they obtained a Master in Project Management from SDA Bocconi.
