Becky Rynas

Becky Rynas, MLS, currently serves as the Owner of Drybar since December 2023 and as a Senior Program Manager at Veritas Prime since May 2023. Previously, Rynas functioned as a Human Resources Technology and Operations Consultant at Desert Bloom Consulting earlier in 2023, where skills included project tracking and HR system evaluation. From 2008 to 2022, Rynas held a prominent role at The Freeman Company as Director of HR Technology & Operations, overseeing global HR technology strategy and system implementation for approximately 8,000 employees. Rynas's extensive experience encompasses various HR roles, including HRIS Analyst, Manager, and Business Partner, across reputable organizations such as JPMorgan Chase. Rynas earned a Master of Science in Library and Information Science with a specialization in Information Organization from the University of North Texas and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma.
