Melissa Gallagher is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in ecommerce and omnichannel strategies. Currently serving as Operations Senior Director at Veritas Prime since June 2021, Melissa has previously held multiple leadership roles at Goodwill Northern New England from March 2004 to May 2021, including Director of Retail Ecommerce and Omnichannel Operations, Director of Ecommerce & GoodTech, and Ecommerce Manager. Melissa holds a degree from the University of Southern Maine.
