Wilson Naranjo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fields of payroll, human capital management (HCM), and business process outsourcing. Serving as the Chief Payroll Officer and Managing Partner at Veritas Prime since September 2018, Wilson focuses on delivering integrated Employee Central Payroll services and expanding SuccessFactors expertise into Latin America. Previously, as President and CEO of OrangeTree Group Inc., Wilson led a consulting firm specializing in SAP HCM technology solutions, leveraging over 15 years of implementation and management experience. Wilson's background includes roles such as SAP Time and Expense Solution Architect at KPMG and Director of SAP Practice at The Hackett Group, as well as SAP HR/Payroll Systems Manager at The Nielsen Company. Educational credentials include an Executive Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College, along with early technical studies at New York University and Brooklyn Technical High School.
