Svetlozar Ivanov

Svetlozar Ivanov has extensive work experience. Svetlozar started their career as a System Administrator at the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria and worked there from 2000 to 2007. Svetlozar then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2007 and held various roles, including Microsoft Software Support Product Lead, Microsoft Readiness Manager, Client Capability Lead, and Service Delivery Manager for .NET Web & Middleware. In 2016, Ivanov joined Sutherland as an Enterprise Account Manager and later became the Director of Enterprise Business Services, responsible for EMEA Regional and Global leadership for Enterprise Technical Product Support and Customer Success. Svetlozar also played a role in RFP process and client proposal building. In 2023, Ivanov joined Veritas Technologies LLC as the Director of Technical Support and Bulgaria Site Lead, where they drive team success and ensures alignment with company objectives and priorities.

Svetlozar Ivanov completed their Master's degree in Informatics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 1997 to 2004. Svetlozar then pursued another Master's degree in Finance, General from VUZF University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as "Instructor 1 Year of Service" from Cisco in 2018 and "ITIL Foundation" from EXIN in 2013.
