Wei Zhou possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service management within the technology sector. Starting as a Customer Services Manager at Sun Microsystems from May 1998 to August 2010, Wei Zhou ensured quality service delivery while motivating frontline teams. Following this, a role as Senior Product Support Manager at Oracle China from September 2010 to April 2013 focused on developing storage service delivery organizations and enhancing global support relationships.
