Shawn MacDonald

Shawn MacDonald is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the field of social responsibility and labor rights. Currently serving as the CEO and Director of Programs and Research at Verité since 2003, Shawn previously held the position of Director of Accreditation at the Fair Labor Association from 2000 to 2002. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Consultant at Ashoka and founding the Country Director role at WorldTeach Poland. Additionally, Shawn was a fellow at the M. C. Rockefeller Fellowship. Academic credentials include an AB from Harvard University and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from George Mason University.
