Lisa Armstrong

Lisa Armstrong serves as the Managing Director for Specialty Banking and Dallas Commercial Banking at Veritex Community Bank since November 2021, leading a team dedicated to fostering a banking culture based on truth, transparency, and integrity. Previously, Lisa held the position of Market President at IBERIABANK from June 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing Commercial, Private, and Retail Banking in the Dallas Market. Prior to that role, Lisa was the SVP & Commercial Market Manager at IBERIABANK, spearheading the bank's expansion into the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Lisa began her banking career at Amegy Bank, serving as SVP from October 2004 to June 2014, focusing on business operations and profitability for companies with annual revenues between $10 million and $200 million. Lisa holds a BBA in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
