Ankur Saboo

Ankur Saboo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Verition Fund Management LLC since July 2023, Ankur specializes in trading within the Oil and Gas and Power markets. Prior to this role, Ankur spent over fourteen years at Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director, focusing on derivatives trading across the Oil complex and European Power and Gas. Ankur's career also includes an Associate position at Lehman Brothers, where commodities trading involved vanilla and exotic options on US power and natural gas. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role at Merrill Lynch in equity trading and a position as a Design Engineer at Texas Instruments. Ankur holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
