Vanessa Choi

Vanessa Choi has a diverse work experience in operations and risk management roles in the finance industry. Vanessa most recently worked at Verition Fund Management LLC as an Operations professional starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Operations at AM Squared Limited from October 2020 to October 2022. From April 2019 to October 2020, they served as the Director of Operations at Nine Masts Capital, where they also held the position of Risk Manager from November 2017 to April 2019. Vanessa's career in operations management started at Nine Masts Capital in November 2011 and lasted until November 2017.

Vanessa Choi attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Math. Additionally, in December 2016, they obtained a CAIA certification from the CAIA Association.
