Rachel Sankey

Rachel Sankey is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate compliance and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Director of Corporate Compliance at Veritiv Corporation since September 2015, Rachel provides legal support on various employment-related issues and oversees litigation and disputes involving employment matters. Previous roles include attorney at Wargo & French LLP, managing litigation and strategy analysis, and staff attorney at Bryan Cave, where investigations and contract drafting were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes an associate position at Paul Hastings and a human resources management role at Mac Tools. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University.
