Maarten Flink

Maarten Flink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical device and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Systems Performance Team Lead and previously holding multiple leadership roles at Verity since August 2018, including Systems & Process Integration Manager and Head of Deployment & Support, Maarten has contributed significantly to performance management and support operations. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Aeon Scientific AG, where responsibilities encompassed the development of an electromagnetic steering system for minimally invasive cardiac procedures. Maarten's engineering expertise was first demonstrated at Aeon Scientific as the inaugural engineer, overseeing project leadership for system electronics and managing full product life cycles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Micro- and Nanosystems from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Technology from the University of Twente, complemented by relevant teaching and research experience.
