Vasily Shmatalyuk

Vasily Shmatalyuk is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in embedded software and hardware development. Currently serving as Vehicle Power Team Lead and previously as an Embedded Software Engineer at Verity since November 2018, Vasily has honed skills in software integration and team leadership. Prior experience includes roles as a Hardware/Firmware Engineer at Texavie, Embedded Software Engineer Intern at SKYTRAC Systems Ltd., and Electronics Engineering/Firmware Intern at SMART Technologies. Vasily began a career in engineering after obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, complemented by earlier medical training at Vladivostok State Medical University.
