Brent Richins has over 26 years of extensive experience in the banking and credit union industry. Brent started their career at Guardian State Bank as a Central Operations Manager, overseeing various operational functions. Brent then moved on to Community First National Bank, where they served as a Regional Operations Officer. Brent later took on leadership roles at Altura Credit Union, Millennium Bank, Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union, and Seattle Credit Union. Their most recent position is as the VP of Operations at Verity Credit Union. Throughout their career, Brent has demonstrated a strong ability to improve processing efficiencies, establish standard operating procedures, and effectively manage operational environments.
Brent Richins obtained a Bachelor's degree in European Studies/German from Brigham Young University in the period of 1988-1992. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as "Become a Trauma Informed Leader" from LinkedIn, "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion eCornell Certificate Program" from eCornell, and "Applied Strategic Management" from CUES.
