Nancy Woodland

Nancy Woodland has been a Verity member since 2018 and joined the Board in 2019. She has served on the Verity Experience Committee and currently chairs the Nominations Committee and the adhoc Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. After serving 13 years as the Executive Director of local nonprofit, WestSide Baby, Nancy launched a consulting firm in 2020. Ampersand Community works with nonprofits and others for transformation and excellence grounded in anti-racism. Nancy received her BA from Michigan State University and JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She also serves as a board member for the National Diaper Bank Network and the King County Children and Youth Advisory Board.
