Gendarme Docena

Gendarme Docena is a seasoned Lead Product Designer at VerityStream since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading design vision, managing a team of designers, and enhancing user experience through responsive designs that have significantly improved survey scores. Previously, Gendarme held the role of Product Designer at VerityStream, collaborating with various team leads to redesign user flows and visual features. Earlier experiences include a Web Design Intern position at ContinuM, where Gendarme redesigned website features, and an Academic Tutor role at ThoughtSTEM, focusing on teaching computer science fundamentals. Gendarme's career began as a Customer Service Representative at Harbor Bay Club. Educationally, Gendarme is pursuing a Master's of Divinity with a focus on Urban Ministry at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science, specializing in Design and Human-Computer Interaction from UC San Diego.
